lisa,

ThAT brought a smile to my face! : )

i remember that day like it was yesterday (which isn't saying much since i can't remember much from day to day half the time, lol)... but really, i remember riding down there in andrea's car-- didn't you have a cool jacket on that tony had altered? we were all so happy and excited! then getting there, and getting the tatoos. you went first! i think i got a coke at the convenience store next door afterwards-- probably the last coke i've had! and we stopped at albertson's in port hadlock on the way home to get stuff to put on the tatoos... i became a big believer in lip balm for healing tatoos then!

i've only gotten one since -- a spiral on the exact same spot on the other arm. the spiral represents gratitude, and of course love is on the other arm...

i've been feeling another tatoo coming on for a while, but it hasn't come to me yet what to get. what about you? have you gotten any more?

love, love, love,

me

I have'nt gotten any new ones but i'm itchin. I'm also just waiting for some insiration.Miami Ink is on right now and i love that that show. They always have such great meaning behind there tatoos.Thats what i'm searching for.My first tatoo was totally meaningless and the second was a conection for me and Tony and the third was for friendship. I'd like to have a really beautiful saying or phrase tattooon my side.Words....the next one will be words....

Weird things...or at least weird for me! Here's one...

I once ended up at a girlie (40 yr olds) party where everyone was painting/drawing w/magic markers & such. My feet were bare, and this one woman I didn't know very well wanted to paint my toenails (weird) and was very surprised when I let her paint them with magic marker. (Toenail painting not at all anything I would normally do, which they all pretty much knew.)

Then somehow we ended up painting the bottom of a toe and making toe prints on some of the paintings...then the whole bottom of my foot! I still have the footprint around here somewhere - when I first brought it home I was trying to match it to my baby footprint, but that didn't really work very well.

It only took a couple of weeks for my footpad and toenails to return to normal.

Calm compared to tattoos...
