Arrrrrrrrr!

Once again I'm without my camera.
I've really been stuggling with my new camera and even taken it back to Best Buy several times for them to poopoo my struggles.Well yesterday I'd finally had enough,knowing it wasnt me but the camera. The "Geek Squaud" took it and said it would be a couple of weeks to send it off and then get it back?????? WHAT! This bit of info left me more than irritated. There is definitely something wrong with the camera and I bought it that way so just give me a new camera! But no......I just love the customer service these companies provide.This is one of the number one reasons we should spend our money with small businesses. We may spend a little more but its so worth the customer service you get back.Never again "Best Buy" never again..........
Just had to vent today...........

so frustrating! I won't even go into my latest customer service frustration. Well maybe just to say it involved a National bank, about 20+ phone calls and a massive amount of rage before I got a reply and a well sorta resolution from the "office of the president". Honestly when are business going to learn, you have a bad experience you share it with everyone you know and hope they do the same. I try to even out my own Karma by always sharing my great experiences and apprecciating the people who give the good service, just naturally. Good luck with getting resolution on your camera. Since it is a chain store, maybe you can bump your complaint up a notch, get a full refund, go where you really want to spend your bucks

I've heard that about Best Buy. Do you have a Costco near you? They always take it back. No questions ever. I love that store. From underwear to digital TV's, it's Costco for me. It will work out, but you're taking the frustration better than I would.

Hey Lisa,
I hear you and feel your pain. When that happened to me with my ipod I bought a new one and just returned it after my old one was fixed. I was within the return date and had no problems.

Thanks girls for sharing in my pain.I got the camera back on friday,it seems like its fixed but I'll be taking pictures tomorrow so we'll see.
