i begin.......

thanks to the newest issue of Artful Blogging i found Liz Lamoreux and this wonder filled book she wrote.i've just started to dive into it and i'm so very excited to have this kind of lift right now.i highly recommend it.

so i've just read the first chapter "i begin" an invitation to begin the journey of looking inward to find where i am on my path and where i want to go.

one of the first exercises was to document one day in your life with photographs and here is what i have.....

as i woke i rolled over and grabbed the camera and this was the first photo of the day and i did not photoshop it! this is just how it took.......isnt that crazy?

tony and i made a trip to Asheville and stoped to walk the dogs in this beautiful park on the river..........

i got home and did a little work..........
we went to our granddaughter kasssi's 5th birthday party!

kassi is the second one from the left.

and finally trying to claim a spot on the bed.........
